Yes, we do. RAYZON Acrylic operates a 3,000+ sqm acrylic manufacturing facility in Dongguan, equipped with over 15 specialized machines. We manage production, quality control, and export directly — you deal with one English-speaking contact and get factory-direct quality and pricing.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. We welcome factory visits to our production facility in Dongguan. We can also arrange a video walkthrough if travel isn't convenient.
What acrylic products do you make?
Display stands, storage boxes, retail fixtures, and custom acrylic fabrication. If it's made from acrylic sheet, we can probably make it.
What's your minimum order quantity?
Typically 100 pieces for catalog products; custom orders can start from as low as 50 pieces depending on complexity. We accept trial orders and small batches — we'd rather earn your trust with a small order than lose you to a "MOQ 1,000" rejection.
How long does it take?
Samples: 3–7 working days. Production: 10–15 working days after sample approval. We build in buffer time because we'd rather deliver early than late.
How do you ensure quality?
Three-stage QC: incoming material → in-process checks → pre-shipment inspection. QC photos and inspection data sent for your approval before final payment. For key orders, we do 100% inspection with a dual-person packaging check.
Can you match an existing sample?
Yes. Send us your sample or detailed photos with dimensions, and we'll produce a matching pre-production sample.
What about shipping?
We ship worldwide via DHL/UPS/FedEx (express 3–7 days), air freight (5–10 days), or sea freight (15–30 days). We'll recommend the most cost-effective option for your order.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% deposit to start, 70% balance before shipment — with QC photos for your approval. T/T, PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance accepted.
What materials do you use?
We primarily use cast acrylic for its superior clarity and scratch resistance. Extruded acrylic is available as a budget option. We'll recommend based on your application.
